Outbound calling · Market intelligence
Every conversation is a signal.
We put senior reps on the phone with the buyers you can't reach, and hand you back two things every week: meetings on your calendar, and the truth about what your market actually said.

01 — Why we exist
Most companies have never actually done outbound.
Not badly. Never. Their pipeline came from referrals, from a founder's network, from a few relationships built over years. It worked until it didn't, and by the time it stops working nobody in the building knows how to start a conversation with a stranger.
That's the gap we fill, and it's the only thing we do. Not marketing. Not consulting. Senior people on the phone, every day, having real conversations with the buyers you can't reach, and reporting back what they said.
The whole market is going one way. We're going the other, because nobody else wants to.
02 — Who this is for
Four rooms we keep walking into.
You need to prove the message.
Early-stage and still testing what lands, or established and taking a new offer or a new market out for the first time. You don't need volume yet. You need to find out fast, from real buyers, whether the pitch survives contact.
Your salespeople don't have time.
They're closing, managing accounts, servicing. Prospecting is the thing that gets pushed to tomorrow, every day, forever. The pipeline gap shows up two quarters later.
You don't have salespeople.
The founder is the sales team, or the team is technical, or the last hire didn't work out. Hiring an SDR is a long, expensive bet before you know the motion works.
Sales isn't producing and you need to know why.
You have the team and the tools and the numbers still aren't there. Often it isn't the people, it's the list, the offer, or the message, and nobody has data good enough to tell which.
The chart · what the light has found
Every campaign plots the same way.
Conversations become positions. Positions become a map of your market you didn't have last quarter.
03 — What it's worth
Meetings are the output. The intelligence is what compounds.
A campaign puts hundreds of live conversations between your offer and your market every month. The meetings land on your calendar. But the conversations themselves are the asset, and most agencies throw them away.
We write down what buyers actually said, and it goes to work in five places:
It sharpens the list.
Every campaign teaches us who is actually reachable, who has budget, and which titles really own the decision. The next list is built off what the last thousand conversations proved, not off what the org chart implied.
It tees up discovery.
Your team walks into meetings already knowing the objection they'll hit, what the prospect is comparing you against, and what they said they cared about, before anyone has asked a question.
It tunes the offer.
When the same hesitation comes up eighty times, that's not noise, that's your packaging. Companies reshape what they sell around what the market keeps telling them.
It trains the team.
Real objections in buyers' own words are better training material than any curriculum, because they're the ones your reps will actually face on Tuesday.
It feeds the content.
Every blog post, ad, and landing page written off internal guesswork is a guess. This gives you your market's language, verbatim, from the mouths of the people you are trying to reach.
04 — How it works
The CoastalRev Cadence.
List.
The list is the strategy. We build and scrub it against your ICP, grouped so every call is relevant, before a single dial.
Script.
A tested opener, iterated against live results. First version gets fifty pitches before we touch it.
Dial.
Senior reps on a parallel dialer, around a hundred dials an hour. Every conversation is a human being.
Report.
Meetings on your calendar, plus what the market said, every two weeks, with a sales manager QA-ing the calls behind it.
05 — Who we work with
B2B, sold over the phone.
If you sell B2B services or software, your buyer will take a call or a Zoom, and the deal is worth having a person chase, we do well. If you need someone to explain deep technical detail on the first call, we're the wrong fit and we'll say so.

06 — The team
Career callers, not a rotating bench.
Campaigns are run by senior US and US-expat reps in US time zones, native English speakers who have done this for years. A primary rep owns your account with a trained backup so coverage never drops. A sales manager QA's the calls. You are not getting whoever was hired last month.
Find out if your buyers will pick up.
Fifteen minutes. We'll look at your market honestly and tell you whether this works. If it doesn't, we'll tell you right there on the call.
