How it works

How it actually works.

No mystery, no black box. Here is the whole thing, including the parts most agencies don't say out loud.

01

The list is the strategy

Every account we've ever run has had a list problem, and that never goes away. We build it with you, grouped by archetype so the pitch stays relevant: a hundred paper companies here, a hundred plastics manufacturers there.

Not personalization at scale. Relevance at scale. At a hundred dials an hour a rep can't retune per call, so the list has to do that work.

02

The script, and the fifty-pitch rule

The first version of a script has a short shelf life. We run fifty pitches before changing anything, so we're reacting to a pattern instead of a bad morning.

03

The dial

Our rep sits on a bridge, muted, while the system dials several lines at once. The moment a real human answers, the rep is unmuted and talking. It's closer to having three or four people calling your list simultaneously than to anything automated.

It is not a robo-caller, and it is not AI.

Numbers rotate, no contact is dialed more than three times a day, and a removal request is honored on the call.

04

What our reps do and don't do

We don't pretend to be your experts, and we don't have to be. When a prospect goes deep technical, that's interest, and the honest answer is that this is exactly why you should talk to the person who does know.

Our job is to sell the value of that meeting. Trying to fake expertise gets sniffed out immediately.

05

The reporting

Every two weeks we sit down and show you what's under the hood: list performance, call outcomes, why people said no, what they said instead. A sales manager QA's the calls. There's no separate charge for the management or the dialer.

06

What we need from you

A list and a calendar link. A CSV is as high-tech as this has to get. If you'd rather integrate with your CRM, we can. If you'd rather keep it simple and below the radar, that works too.

07

What to expect, honestly

Seventy to eighty percent of meetings come from follow-ups, which means this compounds and does not spike. If you're looking for a return in month one, this isn't that.

It's a guaranteed sales activity, run well, that gets better as the follow-up list builds.

Standard term is six months because that's how long it takes to be fair to both of us.
